I am not sure; never heard of it. Do a search for that bot to see what other web masters are saying/doing about it.

Hopefully you can post a report for everyone else to benefit from.

wow linksmanager is a really nasty bot......the company scans for links associated with thier link farm and uses huge bites of bandwidth.  I will be blocking them and possibly moreover.com.............

even worse is I found on thier site they openly confess to ignoring the robots.txt file.....will have to block them using the cpanel tool
