Hi I have been trying to run the free trial version. I can get to the ftp page but I do not know what information to put in here. Any help appreciated. Peter

I have been trying to get the free trial of EZAWB to work but no luck.

Well I have watched the video a number of times and made notes on the instructions. I have followed the instructions to the letter and I know it is not rocket science but unfortunately I still cannot get this program to work. I can see the public_html folder and the files in it but when I click refresh after the installation and confifuration I get the message that it cannot find webpage.

What is your domain name and hosting company?

I am using a domain name that I am not using much at the moment and was uploading to that one so I could see how the trial version works. The domain is www.nswboatlicence.com

I will have to get the name of the hosting company when I get back to my office. I have just had the site sitting there have haven't touched it much except for this. Below is where the files are

I just looked at it and there is an issue with your host. It is probably not compatible with EZAWB.
