my domain is ebayathome.net so ebay won't let me be an affiliate, should I change my domain name, if yes how I use hostgator for my host

You need to contact HostGator so they change your domain name.

EBAy, is being really picky about affiliates right now, so you should definitely change the name. Did you register the first name at hostgator or some other register i.e. Godaddy?
