Anyway around this or what do you suggest i do now ?!?!
I absolutely hate Ebay, and i am hating them even more now !!!
Why in the world would they decline my application when i will be bringing them traffic

I don't know why they do that... Try joining them through PepperJam.

EBAY, can be crazy a times, PepperJam is good, and you want to  try  hubpages, using a different email address. It is little more work, since you have to publish a Hub first, but it may work in your favor if you make the hub about the niche you are targeting; you can edit the hub later and use it to drive traffic! Is there an example of sites with Pepperjam? So it works with ezawb?

Here is one i am starting to play with..still awork in progress. i just copied the pepperjam store script and pasted into top content. I still need to do some clean up..like I said , a work in progress..
