What is the best way to verify a EZAWB site with Google?  They give several options but I am unsure of which would be easiest or best for these sites.  Do you suggest doing this and will it help with getting the sites indexed?

I normally don't verify the sites with google. I let it find them on its own.

If you want to verify, I recommend using their meta tag.

Yes, as per your suggestion I used the meta tag and inserted it on the "design" page that I used for each site.
