I have had some recent success on one of my EZAWB sites and have been playing around with the meta Kwds & descriptions to see how I can get my sites raised in the SE ratings.  Has anyone else found some good ideas they would like to share?  Let's get a discussion going!

What I have found so far is that if I use the "Main Metas" at the admin panel, I end up with the same thing on each site and that just doesn't work very well to get each different page rated.  Changing the kwds and the description slightly for each page in my site seems to help, it is a bit more work but the idea here is profit!  I usually "view source" of top competing sites in my niche to see what they have used for kwds and description and then plan accordingly. 

If you do not change these items, you will get a default reading in the description of your site and then it will pick up the first few lines of text.  If you do not have any text, it will pick up a few lines of the 1st eBay listing, but that really doesn't especially encourge anyone to click.  I did not realize this at first and perhaps other newbie users haven't discovered this either. 

I seem to be getting most of my traffic from MSN and perhaps other smaller SE than Google, the product I am selling has lots of competition in Google, although I am getting some good adsense clicks, $25 on my best day so far.

I normally optimize each page (keyword) for very good websites.
