Hi,

I install the mega version on my host server that under the /public_html/outletstore. I also use the 3rd party software- Site studio to build my index page which in default directory /public_html, so I can call the affiliate program as the following link:

www.kreativesquare.com/outletstore/index.php

Everything is ok before...but today the ebay category link section show the message as the following if I click "Art" link as example:

What is wrong?  I try to reinstall fresh mega version in /public_html/store/
It still has this problem?

Does it cause by 3rd party software - Site studio or my hosting server - hostgator.com?

Recently I reeceived mail from my hosting server about member updating procedure on the server that is the problem cause the ebay all category link not access!!!!?

You may check my testing website www.kreativesquare.com. I already redirect to www.kreativesquare.com/outletstore/index.php becauase I design the default page now - not finish yet.....

Any solution can fix it.....let me know ASAP, Thanks!

Looks like the way you setup your redirection has affected EZAWB.

Why it is working fine before?

It seem the ebay category listing  only link to /public_html/outletstore/Art/   instead of /public_html/outletstore/Art/index.php

How do I solve this problem? Thanks!

Remove the redirection and set it up the way it was.

I remove the redirect link setup and use the browser IE to link with address url -- www.kreativesquare.com/outletstore/index.php..... but the ebay category listing links are still not working??

www.kreativesquare.com/outletstore/index.php  This url is link from my default page under the /public_html/index.html

you may access www.kreativesuare.com --> click "Outlet Stores"  that will open your affiliated program. If you click any ebay category eq: Art .... You will see the page is not open as usually??

There is some sort of redirect in your public_html folder. I fixed this issue for you before.

Just set it up the way it was and it will work again.
