Is there a way to permanently configure config file?

I am starting to build numerous sites and wondering if there is a way I could permanently configure the config file with affiliate # & names to save time. It is time-consuming to have to repeatedly add in all those multi-digit numbers every time!

You can configure your config.php file, download it, and then upload it to all your new websites.
