So far as I can tell, there are two "Buy it Now" links as part of the standard configuration: the one in the ITEM DETAILS line and the other, higher up to the right in italics. 

There are two Buy it Now options in the Config folder.  By choosing the "No" option for both, I have suppressed the lower link but not the one in italics, which remains even when I choose "No". 

In any event, normally, I wouldn't expect to see "Buy it Now" against an item up for bidding.  Am I doing something wrong?
