Hi Guys

Sorry if this has been posted already, i have had a look but could not find anything similar.

I applied for the EPN last week but did not hear back from them. I also applied again yesterday morning but again have not heard anything back from them.

I am living in the middle east at the moment due to work but i'm from the UK. The details i gave were my UK details except for my phone number which is my Bahrain number. Would this be the problem?

Also, do you have to apply for a UK and a US EPN separately or are they linked?

Welcome to the family.

I have found that sometimes they reply right away, and sometimes I have seen it take 3 weeks.

Have you tried logging into your EPN account?

Does it show you as still not active?

Thanks again for your reply and for the welcome to the forum.

I tried logging in and it send under review for the US EPN. I then tried logging into the UK one and it said it had no record of me. I emailed them and they came back to me straight away saying it was under review and that the UK and US accounts were seperate so i would have to apply for both.

They said they will be in touch.

Hmmmm..... Maybe my domain name is not match or problem, or confuse ton them?
