Hi Everyone,

I'm new here, like very new, and i'm trying to get the basic program going. But my page
nothing is comming up .

My site is http://ritualauction.com

My hosting site is http://darkwoodhoting.com  (my site aswell)

Can someone look at it and maybe have some suggestions.

Hi Peter,

Welcome to the EZAWB family.

You need to set your name servers to your hosting company.

I recommend you use host gator since it is fully supported by EZAWB.

Thanks for your quick response, I sent a email to me hosting support, here's what they said:

 When I visit your site I can see that it is pointing to your hosting account correctly but you don't have a valid file in the main directory that the server can use as the main page. This file is referred to as an "index page." You will need to create an 'index' page, using one of the following filenames (or rename your main HTML page to one of these names):

The order of precedence for our Linux shared hosting accounts is as follows (top is the highest priority):

default.html
default.htm
index.php
index.shtml
index.html
index.htm
home.html
home.htm
index.cfm*
default.cfm*
index.jsp**
welcome.html

* Only applies if ColdFusion is enabled on the account
** Only applies if Java is enabled on the account

Peter,

By default EZAWB creates index.php

Log into your ftp and delete any file that would interfere with index.php

For example if you have default.html delete it and then your website should work.

What hosting company are you using?

It seems to me you are using GoDaddy?

If you are, their service is not compatible... I have tried to persuade them to setup hosting for EZAWB but they don't seem to want to set it up...

I get my hosting through: http://www.domain-nameit.net/reseller.html

I don't recall seeing anything about Godaddy when I bought the site. I have 7 sites, 3 with Godaddy and bought the hosting company to put all my sites together at one host and sell some hosting of course.

I hope it's not one of Godaddy's hosting sites.
