Thanks Jorge, that's what I thought.
That's why I sent an email twice to eBay to check it out for me whether I'm stepping on someone's toe or not but I never got a reply.
I finally got hold of eBay and they said can't help me through their department, referred me to eBay US, sent an email but still coudn't help me.
They gave me another contact department to write to but never get around to it. This was only last week. I only left it online just so they can check.
But nevertheless, It's offline now.

I'll just change the domain name and change the logo and upload it again.
