I have the mega package, but am unable to install on my computer. it says unidentified program. I have windows vista. Why is it not working?   HELP ME!  PLEASE! I am not computer literate,  I am really lost on how to do this!!

Looks like Windows Vista is blocking you from using the software... You can disable the User Account Control (UAC) feature on Windows Vista and that may do the trick.


   1. Launch MSCONFIG from the Run menu. Start --> Run --> Type "msconfig" without the quotes.
   2. Click on the Tools tab. Scroll down till you find "Disable UAC" . Click on that line.
   3. Press the Launch button.
   4. A CMD window will open. When the command is done, you can close the window.
   5. Close MSCONFIG. You need to reboot the computer for changes to apply.

Note that you can re-enable UAC by selecting the "Enable UAC" line and then clicking on the Launch button.

Still having problems, says I'm timed out when I get to where I'm suppose to put in my petsrguardianangels.com....  Am I missing something?  This is so very confusing for me.  I have the installation in a folder on my computer and it just won't work.  Boy, do I feel dumb .  I have never built a website except for myspace, if you would call that building a website.  Please help me, I just don't know what to do.
