Hi there guys keep trying to get the install to work but this message keeps comming up :

'An error was encountered while uploading files to the FTP server. 530,sorry the maximum numberof clients (4) for this user are already connected Retry?'

can any one Help

What is your hosting company?

Are you connected anywhere else to your account; for example ftp?
