This is an eye dropper tool that lets you determine the hex value of any color on a page.  It is a great little piece of software and free.

I use this tool mainly for blending in my adwords ads.  I have been reading "The Adsense Code" by Joel Comm and he claims that doing this and making the ad blend in and look just like another link on the page you can double your click through rate.  I haven't done enough to tell if this is true yet but the tool is very cool.  just open it up and you can grab any color on the screen and determine it's color in hex.  Anyway I thought I would share. 

On a side note, if you go to Joel Comm's website, expect a hard sell on some expensive packages (Just a warning).  I also have an extra copy of the book (long story see previous sentance  ) which I would sell for $15 including shipping in US (retail 24.95) PM me if you are interested.  I have found a couple other tools that make site modification easier which I will post soon.  Also if you have found anything that helps you I would be interested in hearing about it.

OK here is my next free tool "Note Tab", that was so good I actually paid for the professional version.

It is a text/html/css you name it editor.  It will replace notepad and wordpad and even Word for some tasks.  I love the tabbed windows that stay open even when you quit the tool and come back.  I have about 8 documents open that I cut and paste from all the time.  The text case changer makes the program worth the price (Free for lite) worth the download.  The lite version will be good for most people.  It is an incredible time saver.
