I'm relatively new to the Affiliate Marketing programs, thus don't have much historical reference between the program as run under Commission Junction vs. the new eBay Partner Network, but I've seen a number of comments on the eBay Partners message board that suggest considerable issues (slow reporting, inaccurate reporting, poor programming, etc.).

Have folks on this site been experiencing issues with the conversion suggesting that you might be loosing commissions?

All of my sites are new, thus the limited traffic as reported via StatCounter vs. the limited impressions, clicks and sales don't seem to be out of line...but then again, I have no idea what to expect :-)

Your feedback and experience would be greatly appreciated.

Still fairly new myself and most of my sites are still with commission junction but have seen no money yet come through on Ebay on Impressions and enough clicks to think I should have seen some.  Not impressed so far.

Update:

By the end of the month of April, I had 10 sites up and running using ePN and for the month I generated 2064 impressions, 346 clicks, 1 CRU, 0 ACRU, 125 bids and 59 winning bids. All of the $2,666.17 of total eBay sales came from 5 of the 10 sites and 71% of the winning bids came from a single site.

So, what did I take away? 1) $100+ in commissions  icon_cheers 2) this thing has some potential  icon_biggrin 3) I've got some "fine-tuning" to do  Huh?

You mean out of 2,666.17 sales you made only 100+ dollars? I thought it would be more than that. Although 100 bucks is a 100 bucks.

Seems to play out the way that you would expect based upon sales only. The high end of eBay's Final Value Fee is 8.75% of which we see half.

The real "kicker" in this program is to attract new eBayers...that's a $25 bonus each time!

I have people show up on stat counter but they they seem to only stay for 0 seconds and a few stay longer. I dont show clicks mostly just impressions. I wonder if my tracking cookie is installed correctly.? I mean if they left and went to ebay site I should still get a sale.
My site is http://www.corvetteauction.info  what did you do to promote it and get all those hits? Im new and just get a few a day from google search although I have done anything to promte or get ranked. Still trying to sort this thing out LOL

Some of the basics that I've employed for each site has been to 1) submit the URL to Google, MSN & Yahoo and 2) add the RSS feed from the site to my iGoogle page and my MyYahoo page. Also, I've posted at least a "snipet" regarding most of my sites on my own blog, on my MySpace page and on my Facebook page, I've tried to cross-link between each of my sites and I've added links to most of my sites as the signature in the emails I send associated with my eBay sales and most of my online posts.

Specifically regarding your site, I would recommend adding some static and/or rotating content ie. copy and paste in some corvette history (giving credit where credit is due, of course). Also, I would capture the RSS feeds from some corvette, racing or sports car related sites and add that content to your site (I use a free service, RSS-to-Javascript).

It's all about adding "spider-food", as I heard a search engine optimization specialist call it.

MrJaymo is ABSOLUTELY right yes

You would benefit a lot by adding some content. I would also remove some listings so you don't have to scroll down too much.
