I have done my first shot at a three column template.  It is an incredibly clumsy hack of template one and two.

I think the coolest thing about the new template are the two new ebay widgets/banners.  They autodetect the host IP's country and matches the langquage directly in banner and sends them to the proper Ebay site.

Two simple javascript files. I can help if anyone wants to do it PM me

The header banner is easier to replace than the search box since you need to go into the template and delete the old search box code.

Just finished updating my 23 Ebay motors domains to 2.51 and the new template I created.  Wasn't sure how it would work with motors but think it is a good start

Now I am getting fancy.  I have added a Amazon.com carosel widget to my automotive sites.  Testing to see how it does.  Basically you can pick up to 10 books on a topic or search (ie buying cars) and it will rotate through them.  Check out one of my motor's sites to see the potetial.  Ebay will supposedly be coming out with new widgets (Big Buzzword soon) in my opinion smart banners and widgets will replace banners on most sites in the near future.
