We also performed a fix for the tracking feature where there was a possibility that some clicks would not be counted by CJ

It happens sometimes... That is an eBay problem.

I think it is that the eBay servers are getting overloaded with calls.

Normally once you refresh the page it should be fine.

Howdy Jorge,
I was wanting to change the link to where the banner clicks to.
On the 2.5 version it was easy to change the link in the header conf.
How can I easly change this 2.5.1 header/banner link without having to build my
banner from scratch.

The fastest way I can think off is to use an FTP program to download header.php and open in a txt editor or html program like dreamweaver.  Make the chages and upload to the same directory.  That is how I do it.  I make the change to one header then upload to multiple sites.  Much faster.

Seems like your host is blocking the listings from eBay...

ALSO, register_globals sems to be set to OFF...

I'm told this is how to enable register globals.
This link shows you how to do this on your sites
only without us having to turn the whole server on.
 
This error messages points to a problem with a specific script on a web hosting account.
Fortunately register_globals can be turned on per domain. Please follow the instructions below to fix this issue.
Go to your control panel and then click on File manager.
In your file manager, enter the public_html folder.
In the public_html folder you will see a file called .htaccess.
Select  the .htaccess  file and click on edit in the upper right hand corner.
Copy and paste the text line shown below at the bottom of .htaccess file and then save it:
 php_value register_globals 1
 

This will turn your register_globals on and your script will work properly. Why is register_globals disabled in the first place? Leaving register_globals turned on poses a security risk for an entire web server. It should therefore only be enable on a case by case situation and only per website. Web Developers should no longer develop scripts that require register_globals to be turned on. Unfortunately this is very difficult to enforce.

I see you changed your htaccess but it still is not working for you.

register_globals itself isn't insecure but rather it's the misuse of it. For example, writing insecure code.

I have seen them block the eBay IP by accident.
