Good advice, I would like to expand that to say you risk that with any trademark.
I have even lost domains in a fight a the wipo.int that didn't have a trademark.
The difference there they wrote a check to WIPO and I didn't.

Your eBay affiliate account is not at risk with your domain name.

The risk is if you have their trademark anywhere in your domain name.

No kidding. I registered ebaynewbieguide.com a couple of years ago, (didn't know or pay attention to any Trademark stuff) and they were actually very cool about it. They (eBay) informed me that the name was trademarked, and just asked if I would simply let the domain expire. This was pretty cool of them I thought, as it gave me 3 Months to get another and get all my files and links straight. They could have just said take it down ...or else...!
Anyway; it was a big pain in the butt to change everything; not to mention links that still point to it.
